أحمد الله الذي لا إله إلا هو واستخيره وأسأله التوفيق والعصمة عن الخطأ فيما تصديت له وتخيرته من شرح كتاب الوسيط في المذهب لحير الأمة.. الغزالي.. وبعد فإن جماعة من المحصلين في المذهب لما اقترحوا علي أن أكمل المحيط الذي حرره الصدر الشهيد محي الدين محمد بن يحيى قدر الله روحه شرحا للوسيط ولم يبلغ كنخ مرامه في إتمامه نظرت إلى بشاعتي فرأيتها مزجاة.. فشرحت ما لم يتفق له شركه وسميته (تكملة المحيط) وقد كنت كتبت فضلا في آخره معتذرا عن هذه الهفوة مبينا مسند هذه الكبوة فلنا فرغت من ذلك أعادوا السؤال والطلب وألحوا علي في إتمام الأرباع الثلاثة على نحو ما رتبت الربع الرابع، فقصدت إليه واستفرغت الوسع فيه وسميته (تتمة التكملة) |
